In order to carry out perfect choices and easy handling, the online land pooling portal is very crucial, Hardeep Singh Puri, union housing and urban affairs minister conveyed in a recent interaction.

The Delhi Development Authority has launched the online portal to verify the land pooling policy and its stakeholders along with sector and zonal plans. The delivery of the right approvals and licenses along with the newly mentioned extensions and the identification of housing units would be easily accessible through the online portal.

Housing Development for All

The land Pooling Policy was authorized in the last year by DDA with the mission of developing 17 lakh housing units that would accommodate for 76 lakh people of Delhi and its surroundings. This Policy is all set to urbanize nearly 95 villages in the national capital.

Most of the applications received by DDA on the portal will be taking part in the land pooling policy and would be making proper changes in the housing development that would be capable of operating in urban areas. Arranged by the union ministry of urban development, this policy would cover the prevalent range of land that would be suitable for decent housing units with subtle accommodations.

Union housing and urban affairs ministry is analyzing the official portal of DDA and is now managing to create awareness by integrating farmers into the policy. The interested parties would be putting their applications on the newly launched portal and would be prospects for further development.
